Has anyone attempted this without the egg? Or some kind of egg replacement? Looks yummy...I can not wait to try it out.

Sincerly,

This is one of the most inventive and tasty-looking dishes I've seen in a long time. It all goes together but is so creative. I just love black beans and sweet potatoes together...and quinoa goes so well with these South American foodstuffs...yumm!

We're having spiced quinoa "crab cakes" (gluten-free, vegetarian) at my wedding with roasted tomato and roasted red pepper dips/sauces later this Sunday!

I also make gluten-free quinoa "matzo balls" with scallions, spices, almond meal, and eggs. Totally awesome!

Keep up the good work! I added you to my Google Reader!
